Straight facts, no fluff
Cozy room delivered a nice mountain view. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous selection of both cooked and continental options. Staff were very helpful, and the facilities including a great games room kept guests entertained. Although I appreciated the spa, the last admission time of 8 PM felt too early and limited access.

perfect base for exploring arinsal's beautiful surroundings
the staff was fantastic and made me feel very welcomed, while enjoying the breathtaking view over the arinsal valley made my stay even more memorable as i went for lovely walks to the nearby church of sant andreu d'arinsal and diana parc, both just a few steps away.

We enjoyed the great game room and explored Naturlandia and Diana Parc, both packed with activities. The spa was a perfect way to relax after skiing, especially the multiple steam rooms. It’s only a short walk to the gondola for easy access to the slopes and nearby dining options.
One downside was the pricing for spa treatments that we saw. a bit on the high side compared to what we expected.

The room had a beautiful mountain view and was equipped with essential amenities, making it a cozy retreat. Breakfast featured excellent options with continental and cooked choices, while the hotel’s games room and swimming pool were standout amenities. However, the limited all-inclusive offerings at the bar and additional charges for items like poached eggs felt misleading. Service during dinner was inconsistent, with long wait times and a lack of attentiveness from the staff, which detracted from the experience.

The staff were excellent. they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room was clean and featured a fantastic mountain view. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the main lift, making accessing the slopes super convenient for families with young beginners.
Breakfast options could use more variety, as it felt monotonous after a week.

Had an awesome time soaking in the whirlpool tub after a day on the slopes and really enjoyed the cozy lounge with a fireplace. The spa and seasonal outdoor pool were perfect for unwinding after skiing. One small downside was it got a bit crowded during breakfast, but it’s totally worth the stay! ☀️
